On August 14, Li Jiayao, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Textiles of Donghua University, Wang Fujun, Deputy Dean, and Li Faxue, Director of the Department of Textile Materials, and more than 20 other teachers made a special trip to Youxi to visit and investigate the group's three companies in Youxi (Fujian Xin Sen Synthetic Fiber Technology Co., Ltd., Fujian Fengdi Nylon Co., Ltd., and Fujian Liurong Industrial Co., Ltd.). Chen Jingde, Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Vice President of the Group, and Chen Jingwei, Vice President of the Group and President of Liurong Industry, accompanied the research. The chief engineer of the Group's spinning sector, the chief engineer of the fabric sector, the Human Resources Department, and the Party-Masses Work Department participated in the symposium and exchange activities.

Visit and research the group's factory production line

The group leaders first introduced the group's overall industrial layout, future development direction, and project construction in Youxi to the teachers of Donghua University. After that, the teachers of Donghua University went deep into the workshop and conducted technical discussions and exchanges with the production staff. At the symposium, the heads of relevant departments of the group headquarters and various sector companies exchanged views with the teachers of Donghua University on the group's scientific research, production, and talent planning. Both the school and the enterprise agreed that the current cooperation between the group and Donghua University in production, education, research, and talent is continuing to deepen, which will build a higher-level win-win cooperation platform for innovative research and development of new technologies and products and precise training of high-quality compound application talents.

After the symposium, the group leaders and teachers from Donghua University went to Youxi Vocational Secondary School, which is jointly run by the group, for research. In recent years, the group has promoted industrial innovation through technological innovation, continuously carried out industrial chain integration and digital transformation, developed new quality productivity in accordance with local conditions, and realized the transformation and upgrading and high-quality development of traditional industries, and has made many explorations in the early layout of talent training. Youxi Vocational Middle School has expanded its enrollment scale this year on the basis of last year's cooperative school-running enrollment of 60 order class students, and will continue to recruit 60 school-enterprise cooperation order class students, adding 50 students to the textile technology and service direction class. The group also jointly runs schools with Sanming Medical Technology Vocational College and Youxi Vocational Middle School, enrolling 40 students in a five-year college program to jointly expand new models of integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation.
