Recently, a polymer materials research team led by the Department of Chemical Engineering of Tsinghua University paid a special visit. The research team consisted of experts from Tsinghua University, China Textile Science Research Institute, Dalian University of Technology, and representatives from upstream and downstream enterprises with outstanding scientific research strength. They jointly went to the Group's Fuqing and Youxi production bases to conduct further in-depth discussions on the topics of cooperation that had been established in the early stage during their actual development process. The research team visited Yubang Textile, Xinsen Synthetic Fiber, and Liurong Industry successively. Guo Xiaoya, chairman of Fuzhou Data Research Institute Co., Ltd., participated in the inspection, research, and exchange symposium in the Fuzhou area. Wang Mingxing, president of Mingcan Group, and vice presidents Chen Jingde, Wang Minghui, and Chen Jingwei participated in the research and exchange symposium.

 

This exchange aims to discuss the collaborative research between universities and enterprises to tackle the upgrading and development of the industrial chain, give full play to the scientific research strength of top universities and the market experience of industrial leaders, and work together to empower industrial upgrading. Based on the entire industrial chain in the field of textiles and apparel, the Group always adheres to innovation-driven development. This exchange with experts from Tsinghua University, China Textile Academy, Dalian University of Technology, and enterprise representatives will further open up the chain of 'production, learning, research, and application' and accelerate the implementation of technology.

 

 


In order to promote the respective advantages of universities and enterprises, achieve deep integration and collaborative progress, a symposium was held to discuss several scientific and technological research topics formed in the previous exchanges, and further in-depth research and discussion were conducted. At the symposium, the leaders of the Group introduced the current market trends and put forward technical needs and technical difficulties. In the yarn sector, in-depth discussions were held on cutting-edge technologies such as micro-nano technology and phase change materials, and technical upgrades were carried out from the perspective of raw material modification to comprehensively enhance product strength. In the fabric sector, technicians focused on practical technologies such as new environmentally friendly oil-removing additives, environmentally friendly nylon fixing agents, and fluorine-free super-strong water repellent agents, discussed solutions to related technical bottlenecks, and discussed paths with expert teams to further optimize production processes.
