Six Sigma, our garment segment, located in Chengnan Park, Youxi Economic Development Zone, Sanming City with total Capax of RMB3.5 billion（US$490 million）, covering an area of 370.4 mu(equivalent to 246,900 square meters) and a building area of 351,700 square meters. Six Sigma is creating first digital empowered end-to-end garment manufacturer for synthetic fiber in China. Its single-site production line vertically integrated production routing of yarn spinning, yarn texturing, fabric weaving, fabric dyeing and finishing, digital printing, and garment assembly, delivering one-stop design-to-delivery ODM solutions for advanced high-performance sports and fashion functional apparels. Our fully vertical production bases for garment segment supplies complete swim collections, all-weather running gears, fashion-forward yoga lines, sport intimates, golf apparels, kids’ wear and medical-grade accessories for sports, delivering Industry-leading customer reaction and best-in-class production lead times. The Incubator Workshop of Six Sigama was put into operation in September 2023 with an floor area of approximately 10,000 square meters, which equips with 10 automatic overhead lines and expects to generate an annual output of 4 million pieces of garment products. Six Sigma has now entered strategic and long-term partnership with multiple domestic and global top-tier brands.

Automatic Overhead Lines
The construction of Phase I project in Six Sigma target to be completed by the end of 2025 with an annual output of 15 million pieces of garment products. Upon completion of the Phase II and Phase III projects, the annual output of Six Sigma will scale to 35,000 tons of nylon, 15,000 tons of high-end or premium printed fabrics, 60 million pieces of swimwear and 40 million pieces of sportswear or golf wears.
