Fujian MINT CHAIN Group with 3.5 billion yuan, covering an area of 370.4 mu and a building area of 351,700 square meters. It focuses on building a modern technology sports and fashion functional chemical fiber fabric clothing R&D and production 0DM one-stop integrated park. It has built the first integrated knitted chemical fiber clothing factory in the country, realizing the closed-loop production of the six industrial chains of "spinning, texturing, weaving, dyeing and finishing, printing, and garment". It mainly produces a full range of swimwear, all-scenario running apparel, fashion yoga functional apparel, functional sports underwear, golf functional apparel, children's functional apparel, and medical-grade sports accessories. It achieves industry-leading rapid response capabilities and delivery capabilities through a vertically integrated manufacturing model. Sixsigma Industrial Incubator Workshop was completed and put into operation in September 2023, covering an area of 10,000 square meters, with 10 automatic hanging production lines and an annual output of 4 million pieces of standard garments. It has now started in-depth cooperation with many first-line brand customers at home and abroad.
The first phase of the project is equipped with the German Setex central digital control system and the Italian Lawer automatic dye and chemical material conveying equipment, the American Datacolor laboratory digital color measurement and matching system, dozens of German KarlMaver high-speed warp knitting machines, Japanese Hisaka dyeing machines, French Lectra cutting beds, and dozens of automatic hanging production lines. It will be fully completed and put into operation by the end of 2025, with an annual output of 15 million pieces of standard garments. After the completion of the second and third phases of the project, it can achieve an annual output of 35,000 tons of nylon fiber, 15,000 tons of high-grade printed fabrics, 60 million pieces of swimwear and 40 million pieces of sportswear and golf shirts.
