Our Yarn segment, Xinsen Nylon and Fengdi Nylon, covers the full nylon value chain from fiber science to plant-floor output to market monetization. The annual production output of our yarn segment ranks 5th nationwide with a production capacity of 155 thousand tons. Our yarn segment is also only manufacturer in Fujian Province with “Intermediate Test Base for High-performance Nylon Fibers” and Xinsen Nylon’s signature product "Ultra-fine-denier Nylon” is positioned as Category-leading Product in Fujian Textile industry. Our yarn segment has self-developed over 70 patents, including 7 Invention Patents and 65 Utility Model Patents, and participated in the drafting, formulation and revision of 8 industrial standards, including 5 National Standards, 1 Industry Standard, and 2 Collective Standards.
Our yarn segment runs on world-class production lines such as TMT winders from Japan and Barmag texturing machines from Germany, as well as being fed by premium production materials from global renowned brands such as Invista, Chain Yarn (Taiwan, China), and Libolon (Taiwan, China). Our yarn segment focuses on three major categories of consumer-end nylon products as HOY, FDY, and DTY, alongside a pipeline for developing advanced functional-differentiated high-tech nylon products, including but not limited to Bio-based Nylon 56 Filament, High-strength Nylon 6 Filament, Nylon 66 Filament for Military Use, Durable Antibacterial Nylon 6 Filaments, and White Bamboo Charcoal Modified Nylon 6 Filaments. We are endeavoring to supply our customers (covering warp knitting, weft knitting, air-covered/elastic yarns, seamless garments, lace, and hosiery) with superior-grade yarns.
